Restaurant & Bar
In the same spirit as the whole Umutuzo lodge project, the restaurant offer healthy and organic food.
The majority of fruits and vegetables come from the organic vegetable garden.
Fish caught at night in Lake Kivu (Isambaza, Tilapia, Captain, ...) are provided and selected by the chef every morning.

The meats (chicken, beef, rabbit, goat, mutton, ...) come from animals raised at Umutuzo lodge or provided by local suppliers.
Breakfast
Breakfast will be offered to you through a buffet of hot and cold dishes, fruit, local pastries, bread basket, ....
The essential tea, coffee, milk, fruit juice will be at your disposal.
Other surprises will awaken your taste buds.
Lunch
Lunch will be offered to you through a menu including
1 starters, 1 main dishes and 1 desserts.

The dinner will be offered to you through a menu including
