Children under 12 years old are not charged
Please note that, in line with new rwandan regulations, a 3% tourism accommodation tax will be added on the room rates.
This tax will be reflected in your invoice as part of the total charge of your stay.
This new regulation is effective from the 1st of July 2025.
STO/TA/DMC rates
Below are the tour operator, travel agency and destination management company discounts, divided in three(3) categories based on the Rack rates.
They are classified depending on the total number of nights per room booked at Umutuzo lodge.
10% OFF : From night one to night two hundred and ninety nine (001 - 299)
15% OFF : From night three hundred to night four hundred and ninety nine (300 - 499)
20% OFF : From night five hundred (500+)
